Elrom Air and Space Research Center was established by Tel Aviv University in collaboration with the Israeli Air Force to harness academic research for the development and promotion of interdisciplinary research in Air and Space studies. The Elrom Center advances theoretical and applied research with researchers coming from various academic disciplines, the Israeli defense establishment, and the Israeli Air Force in particular. Among its main missions, Elrom provides a leading research and learning platform for researchers and students in the field of Air and Space studies, develops sustainable academic work in Israel on topics pertaining to Air and Space policy and strategy, and grows a reserve of senior experts and academics conducting pioneering research in the field.
